D r. Erika SONDAHL LEVIN is the founding partner of Sondahl Levin LLC and focuses her practice on international commercial arbitration, intellectual property, regulatory actions, as well as complex commercial and cross-border litigation. Ms. Levin was previously affiliated with Clifford Chance US LLP and Stone & Magnanini LLP (formerly the New Jersey office of Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP), where she focused predominantly on international commercial arbitration, complex commercial litigation, and internal investigations.
Ms. LEVIN is an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University School of Law and teaches courses in international commercial arbitration and international sales law. She serves as a faculty advisor and coach for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team from Rutgers and as an arbitrator for the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna and Hong Kong. She also regularly speaks at conferences and writes on international arbitration and sales law matters.
Ms. LEVIN received her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College in 2000 and earned her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law in 2003. Ms. Levin is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. She is a dual-citizen of the United States and Brazil, and she speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
